Figuring out what career best suits you is challenging yet worthwhile. There are tools and processes that can help. Assessments consider several factors that matter in a career choice: motivation, skills, preferences, and best fit with different career roles and types of organizations.

Catherine will meet with you to determine your career exploration needs and then set up 1-3 assessments that will be most useful for you. You will meet 1-2 more times to debrief your assessments and together create an action plan for next steps. Some of the career assessments that she is certified to use include:
